pooor pathetic service

<p> They are the worst online service i have experienced, i purchased items online a week ago and still no delivery and they say delivery takes place in 2-3 working days well guess what i am still waiting.The call centre agents cant even give one a proper explanation or dont show any customer care poor poor poor poor they promised to call me back when i queried the delivery but no one called back its a week later and im waiting when i called again to query the delivery the agent couldnt give me any positive answeres just telling me i must keep track of my delivery via the website thats all and its over a week later .</p>
