Please send me what I paid for!!

The worse service I have ever received from an online clothing store.

First I had issues with the app. After calling them they said I should send a email to them and they will resolve the issue. After a week and no response on the email I finally decided to rather order online than use the app.

I ordered a RVCA Cap (Hat) and instead of the Cap received a pair of RVCA socks. This is now a month ago my order was placed 23 August 2018. After multiple calls and begging them the socks was finally collected last week Monday but to this date I still have not received my Cap that I paid for. Every time I call them they promise me the Hat is on the way.
