please refund me my R468 (order number: ***)

returned two items, one was refunded (24/07/2018) and another not, called them on the 3rd of august 2018 to which i was told finance will process my payment (Ref no: ********** ), waited and waited and called again on the 8th of august 2018 to which i was told finance will process my payment (Ref no: ********** ) still waiting, called again today (13/08/2018) and i was treated as a new case to which i was told that they will look into my case since they have a backlog, im drained, no communication from them, i have to do the calling. and R468 is a lot of money, i need my refund back
