Please get Fedex to pick up my Stuff

I love shopping with Spree and have spent quite a lot of money with you.... But please Please get rid of Fedex they are hurting your company!!<br> <br> I requested a return of an item and the Fedex guys pitched up without calling before hand while i was a meeting. it cost met to stop my meeting half way to take the package to reception. when i got there the guy already let.<br> <br> Why am i typing this complaint you might ask? i had a return for Takealot for also for clothing on the same day. The difference with their service provider, Mr Delivery is that they actually called before hand to confirm the time of collect. So simple, i was able to leave the package at reception for them to collect.<br> <br> Again please get Fedex to pick up my stuff
