Placed an order paid and then no response

I placed 2 orders at SPREE on 24 November 2014. I paid for the order via EFT within 24 hours as per their instruction and scanned and emailed the receipts immediately thereafter. and then there was no response from them. I sent them an email after 3 days and the response I got was they have not received any payments from me. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not heard a thing from SPREE. I have been sending email and they are not responding to my emails . I have spent my hard earned money to purchase those orders and some of the items were for gifts for my sons birthday. Please help as I need the orders or my money back please. these are the order ids :order # ********** 66 and order # ********** 99
