Pending Collections

<p>the following returns ********** 86-1, ********** 86-2 and ********** 5-1 were collected over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting to be refunded. Normally when I log a return the following day the courier collects the parcel yet to this day the message still reads collection pending.The 1st return was created on 27th June , the second was 3 July and the last one 5 July . I an email on the 7th and still have not received any response . Would you please process my refunds.</p>
