Payment made and goods not delivered!

I did an online order and EFT for R1996 on Friday night. It was from FNB to FNB so the funds go through immediately! I emailed the proof of payment as well. I called in on saterday and the lady I spoke to said they received the payment. I get an email today asking me for payment or my order will be cancelled! Tried calling the entire day today with no success! Get your act together! If you want to my business then refund me immediately and keep your goods. I will take my business to Zando who offer excellent service and feedback. So disappointed in Spree! ORDER NO.***
