Payment issues

<p> i processed payment via instant eft on spree. The money was deducted from my bank account, the money still remains deducted, a payment notification was sent automatically to spree but spree says they didnt recieve any funds. I am still waiting for feedback for the past four days. The agent that i deal with everyday promises to call me back by cob but i guess thier cob is in a weeks time?</p>
