Paying lesser refund amount than item value

I am placing this post to make Spree customers aware that they should check their bank statements if they have done a return with Spree and requested a refund.<br> <br> I happened to check my statements and found that one return was logged with a value of R1034 and I was refunded only R775. Another return was logged for R298 and I was only refunded R248.<br> <br> Just like they don't advise when a return item will be collected, they also don't advise once they have done a refund/credit and I am glad now that I checked to see that it was done, only to find that I am being ******.<br> <br> Please check to see that you got paid back the amount that you paid for the items you sent back.
