Pay, no parcel!!!!

<p>Never ever will I buy anything from Spree again. I ordered sandals in December. Order was packed on the 21st of December, which means payment was received on their end. Order was shipped the very same day parcel was packed. As I was on leave, I put on a shop, which is located in my holiday destination town, as it is one of Spree's option. The parcel was ready to collect on the 28th of December, but havent got any email and or sms from Spree to notify me. After holiday, back at work, I track my order and saw it was ready to be collected. I contact my cousin to go and collect, no parcel. I emailed and called Soree, they were working on it. Monday, 9th of January, I got a call from Spree, to apologise and to inform me that the parcel will be at the collection point, Tuesday 10th of January, the courier service will call/sms me. To date, no call, no sms. I paid, but dont have anything to show. Parcel is nowhere to be found. What to do now? Call again?</p>
