Pay back the Refund

I'm just disappointed at their customer service. They don't reply to their emails and too top it off their call centre is like non existent. Now how does one get in contact with them. All I want is a response or feedback with regards to my refund. I love shopping on Spree because the delivery service is awesome but sadly their customers service is awful. I'm having my doubts now shopping with them.
