pathetic unsatisfactory *********** service

On the 4th of Nov I ordered 2 kaftan wraps but I received size 4 shoes that I ddn't order. I reported this immediately and I was told a collection for the shoes will be made and my correct order will be sent, the shoes were collected but my kaftans were not sent. I called, Emailed and wrote on Facebook but I am still without my Kaftans. I have communicated with Thandi, Zaheed, Aviwe, Nashreen and Zakhile who was the only one who seemed to be helpful but has now gone quiet, no feedback as she used to promise and does not even return any of my calls as I call almost everyday requesting to speak to her but I am always told she is busy on a call and will call me back. Your service is pathetic, either you give me my kaftans or refund all my money back
