Pathetic service from Spree

I placed an order, received my parcel. On 26 April I logged a return. Today is the 23 May and they still have not collected my return and hence not given me my refund. I have contacted them via Twitter, call center and email. I keep getting told it will be collected and nothing to date. They owe me my refund and have taken up a lot of unnecessary time for me to call and email and tweet to them. I've been a loyal customer for years and now I will not support them. Most disgusting sevice ever.
