Pathetic service Can t advise when i will receive my refund

I purchased a few items from spree one was damaged the bag other was not fitting I followed procedure to return the items i was told will take 10 days when I phoned after 10 days was told will follow up with ware house I only received one refund out of ten . I kept phoning them when they promised they will phone me I just want my refund is it so hard I paid not like I took credit .my address is ********** I send emails no reply
