Pathetic service and communication.

I ordered a jacket from Spree in June 2018, it arrived a d it was too small. I returned it for a full refund as there was no option for an exchange.

I've received notification that they've received, checked and approved the return request and that they'd refund my money in full "shortly".

It's now nearing the end of July 2018 and still nothing.

I have since realise that I am not the only one awaiting a refund from them... The list of people and it dates back to January of this year (or at least that's as far as I got).

Please assist because these aren't small amounts of money we are being ****** of.
