Pathetic Service

This is the second complaint I placed here and it has not seem to help there *********** sales, returns etc To try get thru is a nightmare and they never ever respond to the support emails which they suggest you use for fast respond. I have sent about 8 emails and phoned and still no joy. How can I take this matter further.
