Pathetic Service

On the 4th January 2018, I received my order from spree( # ********** 00) that I placed with an incorrect size shoe, I ordered a size 4 Style Republic Tassel Zip Midi Heels Green and received a size 7. I immediately contacted Spree and requested that the correct size shoe be sent to me, I also indicated to the agent I spoke to that the sticker on the box of the shoe indicates a size 4 but inside the box the actual shoe is a size 7, I asked the agent whether a quality check is not done to check that the size inside the box and the sticker that indicates the size of the box on the outside is the same, she said that she would ensure a quality check is done before sending out the correct size, On the 10 January I received a replacement which was supposed to be a size 4 however once again it was the incorrect size, a size 7 was sent again, on the outside of the box indicated size 4 inside was a size 7 so again I am inconvenienced. I called the call center and spoke to team leader Jacinta who was of no help and did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience, she says they will investigate and get back to me, it has been 5 days I have not received any call nor the correct size shoe I have originally ordered. I am extremely dissatisfied.
