pathetic service

I bought shoes in November 2017 and got a confirmation that it will be delivered after 3 days. I needed the shoes for my friend's wedding since I was her brides ****. I requested for the shoes to be delivered at Ilanga mall Nelspruit, I went to check the shoes on Friday since the wedding was taking place in Nelspruit and I reside in Joburg. Shoes were not delivered. I had to buy new shoes on the day of the wedding. the following week I received an sms that shoes were delivered, I requested for the shoes to be returned back and needed a refund. I then received an email stating that one of the call centre agents will contact me. its been 6 weeks and im steill waiting. I sent numerous emails with no response. I would like my money back since I never collected the shoes.
