Pathetic service!!!

Yesterday I placed an order and paid an extra amount for my order to be delivered today as I need to make use of the items tog to tomorrow. As I am sitting, there has been no delivery but according to the SMS I go from Spree is that my delivery would be here no later than 5pm today. Nearly four hours later, no order but Spree was not afraid to take my money and make a profit and not deliver. So why do you lie to your customers and make them pay extra for nothing!!! So what is supposed to happen now cause if the goods are not delivered tomorrow they wont be of any use to me!!! Spree is such a waste of time and totally pathetic!!
