Pathetic Service!

A Spree driver was sent to my home where I had left a Superbalist package. The driver insisted that there was an item for collection even though there was not, as they had already collected my return items. He then told my mom that he would return the package if it was not meant for Spree and she proceeded to give him the clearly marked Superbalist package.<br> <br> Days later I received an email from Spree regarding a non-spree item, I explained to them the situation and asked for the item to be delivered with my next order, I told them that this was unacceptable and that the driver committed to return the item as he insisted on taking it even though he was told it was not for Spree. 7 emails later and my order was still delivered without my Superbalist item. In addition, I have still not received any valuable responses to my mails.<br> <br> I was contacted by a Shenay who only gave me the warehouse hours with no response to my complaint. I then got a response from Joy van Aswegen who was supposed to provide me with feedback which I still have not received. <br> <br> Also, an incorrect item was delivered with my last order, same address and first name but different last name - pathetic!
