Pathetic Service

<p>I placed an order for a shoe on the 25th May. I recieved an email conformation saying that I would recieve my order on the 30th of May. I called on the 26th of May asking if my order will be ready fot the 30th, The lady rep**** and said yes it will. On the 30th May I did not recieve anything. I then called on the 31st asking what is going on with my order, the lady rep**** "theres been some delays with their despatch area". I get a mail on the 3 of June saying that they cannot deliver due to no stock. Number 1: this is pathetic service. Spree should not give their customers false hope. Number 2: I am dissappointed that no one picked up the phone and had the decency to call earlier and say they have no stock. Number 3: Spree should NOT LIE and blame their despatch area. I will never shop at Spree again. It was a big mistake and a waste of my time. I would rather spend my money somewhere else then shop here again.</p>
