PATHETIC return of order service from SPREE.CO.ZA- They wont refund my money

I have waited for a refund to my credit card on an order returned to Spree on 11 May 2018. I have emailed them twice as well as spoken to two call centre agents and still no monies have been refunded to me! I am dissapointed ion this poor service as I frequently use Spree - I will no longer be doing so.
