Pathetic online shpping.Stay awat

Spree is the most pathetic online shop.I purchased a pop candy shoe for my son and the quality is horrible I requested them to pick it up and sent a few emails and made a few phone calls and it has been over a week and still no one has contacted me or collected it.I will never buy from spree ever,it was my first time I purchased from them and had the worst experiance.I always order online from takalot and zando and never had a problem they are always on the ball even when it comes returns and refunds.I would advise people not to purchase anything from spree the quality of the products is poor and their service is terrible.
