Pathetic dishonest Spree

I have been a customer of spree for well over four years, never did I have to exchange anything until recently. I immediately logged a return the day I received my parcel which was 25th June 2018, upon receiving a message from spree regarding the courier pick-up this never happened. I have communicated via email already thrice an all they seem to do is apologize but without any effort to rectify this, this is pathetic customer service and to think all their policies in place about returns or refunds are all dishonest, even the agents I have dealt with never got back too me to follow up if this as been resolved, a month later on the 26th of July 2018 I remain in the same predicament and my money gone !!!!!
