Pathetic Delivery Service

<p>So I have always been a fan of the online shop Spree, never really had issues before but this week received really pathetic service. I have ordered a top last week, I received an email and sms on Friday that it was dispated and on its way to my office. On Monday I got a call from the delievery guy stating our offices in closed when in fact its was very much open and he was lost. Spoke to him for 5 min which I already found annoying as he is arguing with me about directions which in fact he couldve just googled and found the place easy, so to be spiteful he nicely took my top back to the warehouse. I called Spree on Tuesday explaining what happend and reassured me that it will be delievered and its marked as urgent. Today is Wednesday and still nothing, not a phone call or an apology email. This is coming from someone who shops from them all the time and no issues before and now this pathetic service that uses courier companies that are to daaaam lazy to do their job properly and has no sense of direction!!!! SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! will think twice before ever ordering again.</p>
