Pathetic Customer Service Demonstrates a Careless, Apathetic Attitude Towards Customers

I recently purchase a product with Spree which turned out to be complete garbage upon delivery of said product. The product had been very carefully photographed to make it appear very different from what was delivered.

I requested a refund 11 days ago, so far I have received no communication from Spree whatsoever. My emails have gone unnoticed. I eventually phoned to enquire when they would process my refund and was told the product is undergoing quality checks, pending refund.

You ruin the online shopping industry and your attempt at resolving customer issues is laughable. I will not ever purchase products with Spree again and I would recommend that everyone save themselves the disappointment of shopping with them either.
