PATHETIC after sales service
WHY DOES SPREE not have a 021 or 086 number like all other sales companies.
ive been cut off 4 times after holding on for more than 15 minutes to a 087 number.
I want to enquire about my refund that was processed 7 days ago and still not reflecting but impossible to get thru. Doesnt matter what time of the day you call...same message...we are experiencing high call volumes...Really!! ALL DAY?
