Pathetic after sale service

<p>I have contacted your support line about returning a product a week ago, I received a ticket number and have followed up a few times and STILL haven't had any response. I have also contacted Spree via Facebook with no response. It was my very first time using Spree and while delivery was fast, the after sales service is pathetic! I will never use Spree again..</p> <p>Now I have an incorrect birthday present to give to my fiance as you couldn't be bothered to respond and I cannot afford to purchase another gift until you refund me! So it feels really **** wrapping up the wrong present! Gosh, I will NEVER use Spree again.</p>
