PATHETIC!!!
<p>PATHETIC WITH DELIVERY PROMISE!</p> <p>Got order week later than promised.</p> <p>ONLY AFTER MANY CALLS & EMAILS TOO!!</p> <p><br />EVEN MORE PATHETIC WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM!!</p> <p>I received sms that my return parcel would be collected on 15 June.</p> <p>NOTHING!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This all happened in ONE WEEK!!</p> <p> </p> <p>SPREE IS PATHETIC!!</p> <p>Was my FIRST & MY LAST...!!</p>

I am so sorry that you were not satisfied with the service you have received from us here at Spree. I do agree with you - our service should and definitely will improve as there are measures in place for this.
