Patheteic service. Not delivering goods

<p>I placed an order on 04/05/2017. After three days I receive someone else order. Firtsly pathetic packing and shipping department. Then I phone the customer service on my cost and have to hold on for 10 minutes to explain to a pathetic cunsultant what they did wrong. After two weeks the wrong order was still not picked up and my order still not delivered. I have send an email again to support. After two days they reply and the pathetic consultant lies to me and tells me the courier cant get hold of me. You are a pathetic company *****ing moeny with incompetant staff.</p>
