parcel still not collected

hi i do apologise for missing your calls to me on Monday, however i do return your calls and always end up speaking to different agents. i have left a msg saying that the parcel was with me at work on Monday at a different address. Tuesday it was left at home as my husband was there and now its with me again at work, if you could please contact me for the collection address. i have also emailed info at spree and support at spree but havent recieved any response yet.<br> <br> also could you advise if my superbalist parcel has been collected from you already???? and NOT given to a charity of your choice<br> <br> if we could please have this resolved!
