Paid full price and received incomplete item!

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my second worst experience with Spree. I bought a dress that includes a yellow slip dress underneath but i only received the outer garment. I called twice and each time i did, the consultant would tell me that they will investigate the matter. It has been almost two weeks and i havent received any feedback. I am really disappointed. </p> <p> </p> <p>If you are unable to give me the complete item, please state so and collect this item so i may receive my full refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
