ORDERED 4 DAYS AGO, THE WAREHOURSE IS STILL PACKING MY ITEM /NO ETA FOR MY ORDER???
<p>This was my first purchase with Spree as I usually purchase goods from Superbalist and Zando. </p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly I placed an order on Sunday, 28th May and it is 01 June. My order still has "warehouse will pack your items shortly". How long do they take to pack items??? </p> <p>Secondly you cannot track your order or get an estimated time on delivery? </p> <p>Thirdly since I placed an order I have not recieved an email or sms confirmation that my order has been placed.</p> <p>Lastly I have called and sent numerous emails to follow up and not one person has emailed me back, and when I call the agents cannot help you but mention there us a backlog- That is not my problem. My problem is that I paid for something that has not been delivered or in the process of being delivered as per the "Spree App".</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my order or a refund that will reflect in my account within 24 hours.</p> <p>FYI I have chosen a 1 star* because I couldnt rate any lower.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards, </p> <p>Disappointed Customer</p>

We are currently experiencing delays in delivery, This is definitely not our daily function as we always aim to provide the best service to our customers.
Our warehouse is working around the clock to get orders out . As soon as the orders are dispatched, communication will be made.

Please advise how long I have to wait for my order as I recieved the above response 6 days ago. I recieve marketing emails to purchase more goods, but no emails to give me an update on my order placed on 28 May. If I do not get a reponse by today for my order being dispatched, I would really like to cancel.
