Order still not received and no communication

<p> I ordered a pair of boots last week Monday from Spree, got an email to say my order will be delivered by Thursday the 1st. I waited Thursday came and passed , i then decide to call on Friday the 2nd and i was told my order is still in the warehouse and awaiting packing and collection. I let it slide to my utter dismay my order was still not delivered Monday the 5th. And the worst part I have received no communication from spree to at least let me know they are having issues, I'm the one who has to keep calling.. Even today my order is still at the warehouse and waiting for packaging. This is such an inconvenience and i keep being told the same story over and over. Why accept all the orders if you know you won't be able to deliver on time. We are promised a 2 to 3 day delivery but now it's the 2nd week already. I'm so upset as I bought this order as a present to my self as its my birthday on monday and it looks like i still wont won't have it then. What with the weather getting worse outside and the boots would come in handy. I'm very disappointed I don't think I'll ever order anything at spree again.</p> <p> </p>
