I made an order and paid cash immediately. Spree accepted my order and payment knowing very well that one of the products i ordered was not available. Upon delivery of the other products, i was offered a refund or store credit and i opted for the refund which was promised immediately. I sent all information they requested in order to process the refund and to this day i have not received my money back. I sent countless emails doing a followup but still dololo. Please pay my refund asap before i take legal action. U told me it will be processed in 48hours some 20+ days ago. This is the second time im enduring abuse from you guys, you delivered a product of very poor quality some time ago and couldn't even be bothered by my complaint.
