Order not delivered(order number:***)
<p>Morning,</p> <p>I have placed an order online with spree, on their website it indicate delivery takes 2-4 working days, i have placed an order on the 26 July 2016 i paid using onling banking, till today my order has not yet being delivered, i tried to contact them, no one answers my phone, i logged two complains with them all i got was reference number, i need my money back.</p>

Will you please send us confirmation of your payment and your banking details from your personal email address as your order was cancelled due to the payment not being processed to your order in the allocated timeframe.

I have already emailed you proof, what more do you still want... when i paid FNB automatically send you confirmation prove of payment and i already send you another proof, if this is not resolved i will take this matter further to Speakout!!!
