Order not Delivered

I bought shoes on Spree.co.za on the 29th August. On Saturday the 1st September i got an email from Spree saying the order was handed over to the Courier. Today its the 05th and still nothing was delivered. i then decided to call their call centre.....needless to say i had to hold for a long time.. wasting my airtime in the process. IT was then that i was told my address had a Box number. Here is the Address: ESKOM Academy of Learning , Dale Road P/Bag X13, Midrand, 1685.. If the address is confusing why was i not contacted? instead the courier guys just took my parcel to the nearest post office. and unfortunately Spree tells me i cannot change the address now and i have to wait 30 days for Post office to return the parcel. then i can get a refund. So Utterly Disgusted..... I love online shopping and this is the worst experience ever!!!
