Order delivered to the wrong person and still no feedback!

<p>Order ********** 11 was delivered to another person and her order was delivered to me.</p> <p>Over the last ELEVEN DAYS I've phoned and emailed MULTIPLE times, both Spree and Dawn Wing yet nothing has been done!</p> <p>This is really horrible service!</p>
