ORDER DELIVERED AT WRONG ADDRESS

I placed an order on [URL Removed] on the 16th November, and got confirmation on the same day that my order is dispatched and will be with me soon.<br> Today is the 24th November, no parcel has been delivered to me. So I call spree and they tell me its has been delivered to the Main Post Office in Jhb. Mind you, I only work in Jhb, I have no idea where this is. I call this post office and they tell me where they are located. I find it, in the depth of Jhb CBD, 8 blocks away from my office where I specifically asked for my parcel to be delivered, as many times before when I purchased at Spree. I get there to be told they are offline and I will have to come back when they are online, which they also dont know when.<br> <br> I want my dress dlivered to my office or cancel this order and get my money back.<br> I ordered this dress for a wedding this weekend, well in advance, and I leave Pta on Thursday afternoon. I need my dress here today or latest tomorrow. If I don't get it, cancel and refund my money. I'm not going back to that dingy post office again!!!
