Online shopping mess

<p>I'm about as annoyed as can be with Spree. I placed an order and follow prompts to make an instant payment and 10 minutes later i get an email saying my order was cancelled but they did not cancel the money that they took. I have sent several emails to spree with no response let alone acknowledgement. I want my order or my money back.</p>
