Online shopping drag with Spree

I have made a few purchases from Spree and i am not happy with the quality of their clothes and their return policy. They have a return and refund policy but when i returned 2 items which did not fit, i only received credit for one. When i follow up with them over a month ago via their spree support email i receive no response and still no refund.

I made another purchase since and the quality of their clothes are not to the standard they advertise. I want to return my clothing but fear that i may not received my money back. One blouse has loose thread. Their service is unsatisfactory.
