Once you place an order no one cares about you

To whom it my concern I have placed an order on 8 April to date I am still waiting for delivery , I called in on Thursday and was advised i will get a tracking no on Friday . When i call today I am being told I cant track my delivery cause it hasn't been shipped . Why the after service is so bad ...once a purchase is done no one cares about delivery ....what a nightmare .

Please note that your order is being packed and will be dispatched from the warehouse today.

Please note that we will send you an email to confirm your parcel is on its way and you will be able to track your parcel online.
