Not sure why I bought from Spree AGAIN!!!

This time I am not even attempting to contact your Call Centre via phone or email - as they are of no use and add no value! My last return was requested 2 April - the item was collected on 29 April even after I phoned the call centre 6 times!!! Your service has been so bad that 3 of my last returns were refunded before you even picked up the items because your service was so slow and I made such a scene that you went ahead and refunded the money without picking up the items, the items were picked up weeks after that. So with this return, I will not be sending you 10 emails, I will not be phoning your pathetic call centre. I logged my return on 30 April - no courier company has phoned me or collected the item. I am not waiting another month for your pathetic service - refund me now so that I do not have to wait due to your lack in service, and pick up the item when you then feel fit to do so, probably only in September!!! <br> Previous returns: ***-2 , ***-1 , ***-1 - all refunded before you collected the items.<br> I WANT MY REFUND FOR THIS ITEM NOW! ***-2 , ***-1<br> This will be my last order from spree - no return has been without fault
