Not sticking to collection times
I bought something from Spree which I wanted to return and registered the return on line. Francois phoned me to arrange for pick up on Thursday 21 May between 3pm and 5pm. I made arrangements to be at the address during that time, no one came. On Tuesaday he phoned again to arrange for pick up. I told him someone is only home until 2:30pm, he said he will arrange that they pick it up before then, they came 4
