not so fast to refund

hi there, on black friday i purchased a few dresses. I did not mind the long wait for my package to arrive because i understand the fact that there was an overload of orders. It did however bother me that all the dresses were waaaay smaller than the average e.g Large and the pictures are deceiving. So i returned all of the dresses, but under two different return requests. The first refund i did receive, but the second one i am still waiting for up to today..i returned all the dresses in the same box at the same time, how difficult can it be to refund everything on the same day..to make matters worse, customer care was not of much help either....spree is good in taking your money, not so good in refunding it...Its not a big amount, but the fact that nothing is being done and i get no response annoys me!!
