Not reliable!

<p>Order ********** 99 was placed on 3 August. Have enailed and tried phoning since then to request earlier delivery as order is for a function on Monday. i spent at least an hour on the phone trying to get hold of Spree as today is Friday. I was told due to the sale nothing can be prioritised. Dont hold sales if you do not have the manpower to handle the influx of orders! There is no point receiving the item after today so I will cancel the order of R800. Do not bother with Spree if you require an item for a function as delivery is not reliable and you will not receive the item in time. Very dissappointed in Spree and the manner in which my call was handled with a "too bad" attitude! I shall take my business elsewhere!</p>
