Not receiving my refund

I requested a return on the 9th of February 2016. Only R79 of my credit was credited to my card. The remaining R219 was credited to my account. I have since sent numerous emails for this money to be credited to my card, yet nothing happens. This is terribly frustrating. I always praise spree and then you don't read emails properly and action my request...I am very disappointed in your lack of interest and bad service!
