not competent

bought shoes on Spree in December and they were delivered on 22/12/2014 and i did a return on 23/012/2014 and then i wrote a reason on the comments that i need a size 7 because size 6 is a small cut for me, then in January i called the call centre 3 times and all of those people told me that myshoes were delivered on the 22/01/2015 and a person by the name of Thokozani signed for my shoes so i asked for proof of delivery and a lady by the name of Nwabisa said she will send a request to the warehouse and then come back to me then there was no feed back i decided to call then the person that answered said there is no such that my shoes were delivered Spree just credited my account i need to buythe shoes again. as i know the calls are recorded and are captured on the system but today Kyle said to me i need to have the dates and times of the calls as they are not on the system so i dont know who is fooling who and the shoes are not on special anymore.
