Non delivery of order

<p>I placed an order on the 02 May and to date havent recieved it. I called 4 times already to follow up and the consultants keep on telling me that I should get an sms from the courier on my pick up date. Still to date, no sms received.</p> <p>It's very frustrating because I was enjoying shopping with Spree as the deliveries were quick, wityhin a week. I'm reluctant to order ever again as I don't get the help I need.</p> <p>Please assist. Either I cancel the order or I get my order....I need a positive feedback</p>
