Non Delivery of order ***

<br> I have made an online purchase and send the proof on the 9th of December 2015, and 6 days later (14-12-2015) they send me a mail claiming to have delivered my goods and it said the delivery is confirmed, despite their promise of delivering the goods within 3 days! Unfortunately I was never phoned to get confirmation of the delivery of my order and asked everyone at home if they received the goods, but no one received any delivery from Spree as they claim they did deliver. I have exhausted all avenues to contact them but to no success! I have send several emails and tried to call their \irritating"call center which claims to be busy to take my calls throughout the whole day. But till this day I have not received any communication from Spree.<br> I am very disappointed and gutted at the service I received from Spree and I need my money back and an explanation as to what exactly happened to my \""paid\"" goods ASAP! By the way I had to pay R 50"
